Codrex Digital ("we", "us", "our") operates Codrex CHMS (Cloud Hotel Management System), a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of our services.
2. Free Tier
Our free tier is available at no cost and does not require any payment. Users can use the free tier indefinitely without any charges.
3. Premium Module Subscriptions
Premium modules are billed on a monthly subscription basis at ₹499 per module per month. The following terms apply:
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of activation.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with the service.
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund for the downtime period.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges in full.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you notice any unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately for investigation and potential refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired
- If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- For partial months of service after cancellation (service continues until the end of the billing period)
- If you simply forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal
6. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Codrex CHMS dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier, and you will retain access to your data.

8. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 2-3 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-2 business days
