2. Description of Service
Codrex CHMS is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) hotel management platform that includes:
- Front desk management and check-in/check-out
- Reservation and booking system
- Room and housekeeping management
- Billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Guest management and CRM
- Reports and analytics dashboard
- Inventory and maintenance management (Premium)
- Restaurant POS integration (Premium)
- Multi-property management (Enterprise)
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Complete KYC verification for premium features
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Maintain accurate records and data in the system
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
- Not use the service to store or transmit malicious code
5. Pricing and Payment
Free Tier: Basic features are available free forever with no payment required.
Premium Modules: ₹499 per module per month, billed monthly.

- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard

6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However:
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the system. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Codrex CHMS platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Codrex Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for data loss caused by your actions or third parties
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may terminate for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
